Take a moment to switch off and slow down and enjoy the signs of new life. Connecting with nature, even for a few minutes gives us an escape from the stresses of daily life and give us the space to gather our thoughts.
You could take photos of new blooms, have a picnic under the blossom, practise mindfulness or blossom bathing (Ask for a rug at the house ticket station) Join in and share your photos on social media using #BlossomWatch.
Take home a blossom pin badge to remember your day. Suggested donation £3 (The blossom pin is of the Allium Christophii- Star of Persia) which are found throughout the Gunby Gardens.
