Join us this Easter for a workshop and house tour. Experience the 1920's time capsule that is Mr Straw's house before settling down for a mindful hand stitching workshop to create your own fabric Easter basket.
Come and join Rachel Fearnley Designs to have a quiet session crafting a fabric bowl that will be ideal for Easter and beyond. During the session you will use pieces of fabric that have been handprinted by Rachel to create your bowl. You are also very welcome to bring any small pieces of fabric* that are special to you and which you would like to incorporate into your bowl. This session is an invitation to slow down, switch off and immerse yourself in some creative you time. All materials and are included in the price. Hot drinks will be provided.
Let your imagination drive your creation and have some quiet time crafting.
Please note the bowl is made using basic hand sewing skills and is suitable for beginners and experienced sewers.
*Linens and cottons are best for this project.
The workshops take place on the 29th of March, 9:30-13:00 and 13:00-16:30. £40 per person
