Other

Stuart got into the world of wellbeing in 2012 after seeing many people he knew burn out that he wanted to help. He started with massage and later trained in reiki, meditation and mindfulness. Mindfulness reminds us how important it is to be present, to recognise when we are having unhelpful thoughts and to take a step back. You can weave it into everything you do. Get in touch with Stuart if you’d like to find out more.
