Meeting point

Please wait at the entrance gate on arrival, a member of staff will greet you just before the start time.

What to bring and wear

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and wear suitable clothing to do Yoga in. It is advised to wear sunscreen and sunglasses, and to bring a water bottle too.
