Playful yoga sessions will take place for children at 11.00 every Wednesday in August.

30 minute session. Come along to enjoy a 'summer selfcare session' where we journey through the sights and sounds of summer in a playful yoga session. Taking the theme of exploring a day at the beach, come along to this interactive movement session.
