Visit Cliveden this spring and discover the top spots for bluebells. Head to the Information Centre or the Woodlands Car Park and collect your free Bluebells leaflet. This includes a map to show you the walking route which is approximately 3km from the Information Centre and back.
Visit the woodlands and discover the English bluebells (Hyacinthoides non-scripta). This route is an approximately 2.8km circular loop from the Woodlands Car Park.
The rangers at Cliveden work hard to protect these delicate flowers from damage caused by footfall. Compacting the ground around the bluebells or their bulbs can impact their growth for up to 5 years. By keeping to the paths, you can help us ensure that these spectacular displays return each and every spring.
You can expect to see bluebells at Cliveden from 21 March onwards (weather dependent) through to 9 May. Bluebells are expected to peak from early to mid April.
