Step behind the scenes of a film set and experience how 'Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man' was filmed at Calke Abbey with a self-led visit around the house.

You’ll see glimpses of the rooms used as the dramatic setting for Tommy Shelby’s home, alongside authentic props and costumes used in the film, courtesy of Netflix. There will be plenty of photo opportunities to don a flat cap and imagine yourself in character.
Please note that this is a self-led visit experience on weekends only and during February half-term. Midweek guided tours are available to book on weekdays via our website.

The Kitchen and Bucket Passage are wheelchair accessible. Manual wheelchairs are available to use on first floor to view Schoolroom. Rooms on the second floor are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Pushchairs must be left outside the house but baby carriers are available to borrow.

Aimed at an adult audience due to the themes of the Peaky Blinders series.
- What to bring and wear
The mansion can be very cold and visitors should come dressed suitable for the outdoors. Coats, hats, gloves and shoes with a suitable sole are encouraged.
- Other
The recreated sets the visitors will see do not use authentic Peaky Blinders props – they have been recreated using pieces from Calke’s historic and modern handling collections. Where authentic props and costumes are displayed, this will be indicated using signage.
