Forest Bathing Walk with Better Outdoors
Guided by Karen from Better Outdoors, this seasonal Forest Bathing Walk invites you to de-stress, slow down and tune your senses into the wider natural world.
- Booking essential
See the Calke Abbey parkland and trees from a new perspective and support your sense of wellbeing.
Forest Bathing is a slow-paced sensory walk through the trees, being mindful and present. You may feel the tension leave your body as you breathe in the fresh air and tune in to your senses. You may find yourself noticing things you would normally miss and being reminded that we all belong here and we are all part of nature.
You can expect to leave feeling calmer, lighter and more relaxed than when you arrived.
Tickets are £20 per person and include admission to Calke's park & gardens.
