Ilam Park: Summer: Yoga at Ilam Park

Join Gavin for guided outdoor yoga classes, connecting with the beautiful landscape and the nature that surrounds Ilam Hall.

  • Booking essential

Enjoy an hour of serenity and connect back to yourself, your body and to nature in one of the most beautiful settings in the Peak District.

All abilities are welcome. Gavin is a very experienced teacher and can support those on the first steps of their yoga journey or those further down the path. Your practice will involve mindfulness, pranayama and a nature connected outdoor yoga flow.

The class will be set outside the arches of our Italian Gardens, with views across the valley, with Bunster Hill to your left and Thorpe Cloud to your right. Listen to the sounds of the river and the bird song as you practice and gaze out into the hills. The location is perfect for outdoor yoga, as the space under the arches can be used if there is any rain on the day. Sheltered but open, the arches feel like a secret space where you still get to experience the full majesty of the valley without getting wet.

Gavin welcomes all enquiries so if you have any questions please don't hesitate to get in touch. classes can be booked individually or in bulk.
