October Half Term: Bubbling cauldron walk (ages 11-14)
Make a magic cauldron, then use it to collect ingredients for an enchanted potion as you explore Longshaw's spooky woods on a storytelling journey. The walk finishes with seasonal snacks and drinks at the Moorland Discovery Centre.

Decorate and assemble a mini cauldron, then use it to collect potion ingredients as you explore Longshaw's spooky woods on a storytelling walk.
The walk finishes with seasonal snacks and drinks at the Moorland Discovery Centre. Each child ticket includes one cauldron kit and a seasonal snack and drink. Each adult ticket includes a tea or coffee and a biscuit.
This event is designed with children aged 11-14 in mind, but children who are older or younger than this are welcome. Adults must stay with and supervise their children at all times.

Moorland Discovery Centre, S11 7TZ. The Moorland Discovery Centre is adjacent to Woodcroft car park and across the road from Fox House bus stop.
- What to bring and wear
Sturdy footwear and clothing appropriate for the weather. Please bring a headtorch per person if you have one, we have a limited number to lend out
- Accessibility
The Moorland Discovery Centre is accessible for buggies and wheelchairs. The walk takes place on easy-going terrain, please contact us if you have specific access requirements.
