In celebration and collaboration with the YHA. Join us on Tuesday 29th September for a free social walk led by our knowledgeable walk leaders. The walk will be a gentle 5-mile walk on the Derwent valley way climbing to Bolehill quarry and making our way back along the river. Departing and finishing at Hathersage YHA Centre. This walk will include mild ascent and descent and is not suitable for pushchairs or prams. No Dogs allowed as they are not allowed in the YHA centre. We will finish the walk at the YHA centre in Hathersage where tea and cake will be served.
Booking is essential as capacity is limited.

Suitable for accompanied children over the age of 8 years.
- What to bring and wear
Wear sturdy shoes and come dressed for the weather. We recommend long trousers, due to the possibility of ticks being present in some areas where the walks may go.
- Other
Parking: Parking is situated in between the main house and annexe. There is space for six cars. There is limited on-street parking near the hostel and there is a public car park approximately 10-minute walk from the hostel on Oddfellows Road (opposite the outdoor swimming pool).
