History Talks at Staunton Harold Church

Talks will run every 45 minutes between 11am and 3.15pm, with each talk lasting approximately 30 minutes. There is no need to book - just take a seat and listen to our knowledgeable volunteers.
Topics will be wide-ranging, including: - The history of Staunton Harold Church - The Shirley family - The history of the Staunton Harold Estate
Please note that parking charges apply for both National Trust members and non-members alike on weekends and bank holidays, as Staunton Harold church is part of the wider estate, which is not managed by the Trust. Entry to the church itself is free.

Dress appropriately for the weather. The church can be cold inside.
- Accessibility
No toilets onsite - the nearest toilets are located at the Ferrers Centre or Staunton Harold Nurseries. Wooden pews are available for seating, accessed by a single step up. There is a step down into the churchyard, with a ramp available. Hearing loop available. Sensory bags and handling box available. Assistance dogs are welcome.
