West Wing Open Days
Take the opportunity to explore the West Wing of Lytes Cary Manor - normally used as a holiday cottage and not open to visitors. It will be open Wed 2 & Thu 3 September 2026.

The West Wing of Lytes Cary Manor will be open to visitors. Take the opportunity to walk around the well-preserved, extravagant house, with its dark wood-panelled walls, fine period furnishings and grand bedrooms.
It will be open Wed 2 & Thu 3 September 2026 from 11am to 4pm (last entry at 3.30pm).
Entry to the West Wing is included in the National Trust Membership or within the normal day entry fee for non members.

Only a small part of west wing is accessible. There are steps to the kitchen and 1st and 2nd floors.
