Nature’s Toys and Treasures
Join local storyteller Bethan Davidson for an interactive nature-based workshop.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
This summer we are holding a series of workshops and games sessions in our Walled Garden during Summer of Play.
Join local storyteller Bethan Davidson as she guides you through an interactive, sensory workshop inspiring curiosity, creativity and fun in nature.
Nature is full of magic and treasures for us to play with! Have you ever heard of Icky Sticky and played the Sticky Weed game? Perhaps you’ve found a twig that is really a magic wand? Or maybe the shiny stone you picked up is really a dragon’s egg? Anything is possible with a little imagination.
Every Friday afternoon Bethan will run a 45-minute-long session between 14:45-15:30. Each session is filled with lots of creative nature-based games and stories. These sessions are suitable for children of all ages.
There is no need to book these sessions, please just head down to the Walled Garden where the team will meet you and direct you to the workshop space.
