This year we are collaborating with Park Yoga to bring you free weekly yoga sessions at Box Hill. Sessions run for 21 weeks from the 5 May to 15 September. All sessions are held on a Sunday morning 9:30 - 10:30 and are for people of all ages and abilities. The aim of these sessions is to encourage people to take part in activities outdoors which are good for their health and wellbeing. Everyone is welcome, no registration required, accompanied children welcome. All sessions are led by a qualified local instructor.
