Connecting and Capturing Nature: Mindfulness and Art Workshop

Following a mindful and sensory exploration of this wonderful location you will be able to draw, paint and take-home a lasting memory of your day.

Having relaxed and opened the mind ready for creativity during the Forest Bathing session, after a short break participants will have the opportunity to capture nature with renowned artist and teacher Irina Taneva.

About Irina

Irina is an internationally renowned artist, art teacher (adults and children) and art parties host, currently living and working from her studio in Kingston upon Thames. Irina, Master of Art, BA (hons) in Teaching art and BA (hons) in Fashion design, has studied in UAL, Central Saint Martins, London, and in the National Academy of Arts, Sofia. Her works are collectable and can be found worldwide in museums and private collections. Irina has an innate understanding and expression of the complexity of our feelings, emotions and reactions. She will provide all equipment for teaching/supporting the drawing and painting using quick-drying acrylic paint for these nature sessions.

Both sessions will take place outdoors and so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear and something to lie on (e.g. Yoga Mat and/or a blanket) for the forest bathing.

Please note: Food and refreshments are not included but are available to purchase from the Tea Room during the break, or you can bring your own.
