You'll be guided through 90 minutes of hatha yoga, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, suitable for everyone. This will be followed by a light homemade snack and then two hours of guided forest bathing - a slow wander through the woodland, awakening the senses and easing the nervous system. The day will finish with a cream tea, shared together while overlooking the rolling Surrey Hills.
