A Bodiam Castle Christmas

25 November – 1 January (closed 24 & 25 December) 10am–3pm

Enjoy a magical Christmas at Bodiam Castle. With trees lining the courtyard, twinkling lights all around and atmospheric tower rooms, immerse yourself in the festive spirit.

You’ll find Father Christmas’s sleigh in the courtyard where you can jump on and get dressed up in festive costumes to take the perfect Christmas photo. Families can write a letter to Father Christmas in the grotto.

A naughty elf has left gifts lying around the castle. Join the Christmas Trail to help Father Christmas and spot the presents (£2 + admission, includes a small prize).

Say hello to your favourite festive friends as you explore the castle courtyard from 16-23 December.

From 19–23 December, families can have a go at some creative Christmas crafts, perfect to take away with you and display at home (£3 / £5 per craft item).

Join us and listen to live Christmas music performed by local community groups against the stunning backdrop of the medieval ruins of Bodiam Castle. Enjoy festive favourites in the courtyard on selected dates through December.
