The Makers' Fair - September
Fri 19, Sat 20th & Sun 21 Sept: 10am - 4pm. Meet over 50 makers at Standen, showcasing heritage craft & contemporary design skills. Demonstrations throughout the day in a marquee on the Croquet Lawn. Free minibus between town centre and Standen.

The Makers' Fair returns to Standen with the finest creative talent in the south. Set against the picturesque backdrop of garden at Standen and housed under a large marquee, the fair is a celebration of contemporary craft, handmade wares, and Art. Find luxury knitwear, ceramics, basketry, printmaking, textiles, contemporary jewellery and more. Take advantage of our free shuttle bus between East Grinstead station to Standen. The service operates every 30 minutes. At East Grinstead station it is 27 and 57 minutes past the hour from 9:57am to 3:27pm. At London Road (Whitehall bus stop) it is 02 and 32 minutes past the hour from 10:02am to 3:32pm. Last scheduled return bus from Standen departs at 4:48pm.
