Discover the wisdom of the plants and how you can bring their magic and healing ways into your life to support, nurture and nourish you.

In a journey that takes you through woodlands, meadows, and past a vibrantly flowing stream, connect with the elements, and the deep-rooted wisdom found within the natural world, as you encounter over 30 trees and plants that have traditionally been recognised and utilised for their medicinal and energetic properties.

Learn how to identify them, how you might work with them for natural remedies, and the magic and folklore we’ve created to help bring their healing into everyday life.

Some of the trees and plants we will be meeting include: • Yarrow (healer of wounds and bringer of balance within) • Hawthorn (sacred healer of the heart, emotionally and physically) • Self-Heal (which aids communication and expression of the true self) • Beech (Mother of the Woods, who calms and strengthens us from within) • St John’s Wort (a sunshine herb which uplifts and brings protection) • Meadowsweet (a sacred plant which gently calms and soothes)

Following our walk, we’ll settle into a peaceful spot beneath the trees in the walled garden, where you’ll be able to put into practice some of what you’ve learned as you create your own healing and magically infused incense from resin and the dried herbs which you feel drawn to.

You can then take the incense blend you’ve created home with you so you can feel the benefits.
