Spring Equinox Gathering at Colby Woodland Garden
On 21 March, celebrate the arrival of Spring in a morning of peaceful connection, and transformative healing practice experienced in the beautiful woods and meadows of Colby Gardens.

This workshop is being run by Maxine from Awaken Nature Healing, she’s going to guide you through tapping into the restorative properties of the trees and plants and immersing yourself fully into the energies of the changing seasons.
Throughout the morning, you’ll be synchronising yourself with nature to help create healthy energy shift and flow, allowing space for the new to manifest.
Through the lens of mindfulness, meditation and walking you’ll learn about the healing properties of nature.
To help bring positive changes for the months ahead, you’ll be cleansing out any stagnation within the body, balancing your chakras, and tapping into the power of manifestation and visualisation.
The session runs from 10.30-12.30 is £25.00 per person. Concessions are available.
The meeting point for the walk will be outside the welcome centre which is situated on the right-hand side as you come down from the car park.
We recommend you bring a blanket or a mat to lie on for the session.
This is an outdoor experience so please dress for the weather, and wear shoes/boots appropriate for walking through the woods and across grass.
We have a café and facilities at Colby, but we’d recommend you bring some water or a flask with a hot drink for the session itself.
