Autumn Equinox Retreat
Celebrate the arrival of the Autumn Equinox, often seen as a second harvest, where we can through connection to nature, synchronise our own energies to those of the changing seasons.
- Booking essential
Through peaceful practice that honours ourselves and mother nature, this is a time to reflect and release what no longer serves us, as we too follow our own yearly cycle of energy. Beginning at a log circle in the woods, we'll take time to ground and earth ourselves amongst the tall trees, reflecting on what it is we've achieved and what we wish to let go of. We’ll share in a celebration of harvest time with cinnamon and apple tea and a seasonal snack, before cleansing away the old through aligning our chakras, so that we can allow the new to enter. We’ll then walk through the land in appreciation of and connection to some of the ancient trees we pass by. Working particularly with the light energy of the pine tree and with the flow of water. The retreat will culminate in a gathering by an ancient beech tree, working with the energies of the heart, and planting seeds for the future, as we welcome abundance into our lives.
