Sgwrs : Wasp, Friend or Foe?

The summer months are often met with the age old wasp swatting dance whilst we're trying to enjoy our afternoon ice creams, but what do wasps really mean to you? Friendly pollinator, or ice cream stealing foe?

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

Come and join Kevin, our Collections Officer, for an open discussion on the ever divisive wasp. Kevin is a font of all knowledge when it comes to all insects that grace our beautiful estate with their presence, join him for an insightful talk in to the life cycle of a wasp. Explore (dormant) nests, and really learn how these magnificent little creatures make our world go around, before heading out in to the parkland to see evidence of their little lives.
