The basics

Suitable for children under 12 if accompanied by an adult.

On the lawn at Stackpole Court. Parking at Courtside car park.
- What to bring and wear
Wear clothing appropriate for yoga and the weather. Bring a mat and blanket for relaxation. Extra mats available if needed.

If the weather is too cold or it's raining please meet at the theatre at the Stackpole Centre.
