Common Threads Exhibition at Packwood
For almost a century, Packwood House and Selly Manor Museum, believed they were connected by fragments of the same 17th-century tapestry.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
This year, that long-held assumption is being unravelled in a new exhibition, Common Threads, from 19 January – 5 April.
Explore a piece of Packwood's history which reveals the true and surprising story behind the tapestry fragments.
Common Threads will bring together Packwood House’s Two Women tapestry fragment and Selly Manor Museum’s Achilles fragment, displayed side by side at Packwood for the first time in living memory.
