Without gifts in wills, we simply wouldn’t be able to look after the extraordinary places in our care. This special event will take you behind the scenes to see first-hand how your support is helping us carry out crucial conservation work every day, and how a gift in your own will could help to safeguard the future of our special places.
You'll be taken on guided tours of the magnificent Palladian house and walled garden, followed by a light lunch. Afterwards, from 2:30pm, there will an optional ninety minutes tour of the iconic landscape garden, led by our Head Gardener

Please head to the main Visitor Reception centre. You will be directed to the Memorial Hall, where refreshments will be waiting for you.
- What to bring and wear
Flat, comfortable shoes and a jacket for the walking tour are recommended. Part of the event will be outside, so please dress appropriately for the weather on the day.
- Accessibility
The property has areas which may be uneven in places, including steep inclines and steps, and the tour has a long walk. Parts of the house can only be accessed by stairs. Please let us know when booking if you have accessibility requirements.
