Botanical watercolour workshop

Be inspired by Stourhead's beautiful blossoms in this full day watercolour workshop perfect for beginners.

Relax and unwind in this seasonal watercolour workshop focusing on the flowers currently in bloom at Stourhead. Paints and aprons will be provided along with a step by step approach perfect for beginners. Participants will leave with a beautiful watercolour painting. Please bring your own sketchbook and wear clothes you don't mind getting a bit mucky. There will be a lunch break in the middle of the day. You're welcome to bring your own lunch along or visit Stourhead's restaurant, the Temple of Refreshment or the Spread Eagle Inn. The workshop takes place at the Memorial Hall in the Spread Eagle courtyard. Gemma will lead you through the garden as part of the workshop to gather inspiration. Please note, normal admission applies to visit the house and garden outside of workshop hours, with free entry for National Trust members.
