Award-winning Immersion Theatre Company proudly presents an unforgettable adaptation of William Shakespeare’s iconic, Romeo & Juliet.
This powerful story of forbidden love and bitter rivalry is brought to life in a visual spectacle infused with comedy, heart-break, and danger.
Moving, funny, and tragic in equal measure, this beautiful production will see Immersion continue to build on their reputation for producing Shakespeare for all, be it the seasoned theatre-goer or budding literary enthusiast. This is Shakespeare as it’s meant to be: interactive, fun, and highly accessible!
Free entry for carer's and children aged 3 and under. Recommended age 10+
Running time: 100 minutes (approximately), including a 20-minute interval.
Your theatre ticket allows entry to Berrington from 5pm onwards. If you would like to visit Berrington Hall earlier in the day, normal admission will apply.
Please bring a blanket or chair to sit on, weather-appropriate clothing, and a picnic if you wish.

The performance area is accessible via gravel and grassed pathways. Please be aware, the ground in the performance area may be uneven in places. Accessible toilet in the main courtyard and Blue Badge parking. Please visit Accessibility on our homepage.

When you arrive at the venue, parking is available in the visitor car park. The performance area is located in the curved garden at Berrington Hall.
