Join our team

Do you love getting out in the fresh air? Would you like to do your bit to help look after the countryside? We are looking for volunteers to join our team.

The National Trust offers a flexible and rewarding volunteering experience where you can share your knowledge or learn new skills, meet interesting people and help to shape our future plans. You don't have to do set days or hours and there are even opportunities for you to volunteer from home.

‘I enjoy history and sharing this knowledge with other people... My favourite part of volunteering is all the different people I get to meet and if I was to persuade a friend to volunteer, I’d say ‘just do it, you will never regret it’ because it’s fun and you meet some very interesting people.’
