November weekday guided castle tours
Join one of our knowledgeable volunteers for a tour of the castle on November weekdays.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
Croft Castle is closed on weekdays during November, but guided tours are available. These tours, led by knowledgeable volunteers, give visitors the opportunity to explore selected rooms and learn about the castle’s history and the families who lived there.
Tour spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed. If tours are full, you can still enjoy exploring the gardens, parkland, cafe and second-hand bookshop, which remain fully open at this time of year.
There is no additional cost for guided tours, but normal admission fees apply.
Ask about available tickets on arrival at visitor reception. Advance booking not required.
On weekends, the castle will be open as normal, on a self-guided, free-flow basis. The Castle will be closed on 17, 18 and 19 November as we decorate for Christmas.
