Ready for a mid-year reset? Join us on the eve of the Summer Solstice for a special evening of intention setting, breathwork, meditation and yoga in this after-hours guided walk.
- Booking essential
Join us on the longest day of the year for this special wellbeing event. This celebration of abundance, growth and peak natural energy is commonly celebrated on with the longest day of the year. Take time out of your busy schedule to reflect, reset and prepare for the gradual return of shorter days.
Take in the dramatic landscape of Croome, bordered by the Malvern Hills and enjoy the tranquillity of a lakeside walk, with pauses for gentle movement, breathwork, intention setting and grounding. The walk will lead you past the Four Seasons sculptures where you’ll pause for gentle movement and meditation, then on to the Island Pavillion for intention setting and reflection, before finally making your way back to Church Hill for grounding and gratitude at sunset.
Sophie is a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator and wellbeing coach known for her down to earth, no pressure approach.
