Stone Carving Workshop

Join Amerton Art Studio for a two-day workshop introduction to stone carving on the 5th & 6th of July.

Suitable for complete beginners. On this course you will learn all the traditional stone carving skills to enable you to create a beautifully crafted stone carving to take home. Step by step guidance, demonstrations and individual tuition will be given by Miranda, a professional sculptor and qualified teacher with over 20 years experience.

The course runs over two consecutive days from 10am until 4pm including tea breaks, light refreshments are available throughout the day. Lunch break is about 1pm, there is a cafe on site or you may bring your own lunch. We offer a selection of project design examples to choose from plus all the tools and equipment you require to complete your stone carving.
