World Bog Day
Join us on the last weekend of July to celebrate World Bog Day.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
We'll be having a big celebration on the last weekend of July to celebrate Bog Day.
Come and find out more about how important peatlands are for the world, watch videos, play moorland games, or join a family friendly walk to see some of the projects out on the moor.
You can also have a look at the Bogtastic Van from Moors for the Future - the world’s first bog in a van! It’s kitted out with artwork, sound and a spongy floor to emulate the experience of being on moorland. Aimed at people of all ages, it helps spread the message that bogs are fantastic.
