Learn about the mills and the Luddites and the building of the four reservoirs in the Wessenden valley. We join the second turnpike then cross Wessenden Moor and up the hill, with magnificent views on a clear day.
This walk is approx 8 miles and will take around 5 hours.
Dogs on leads are welcome.

Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for changeable weather and challenging terrain. Bring water, lunch and enough snacks for five hours.
