Courtyard Concert with Wakefield Orchestral Wind
Join us for a special evening of music from Wakefield Orchestral Wind. Set within our stable’s courtyard, Wakefield Orchestral Wind will play a selection of classical and contemporary music.

Relax and enjoy an evening of orchestral wind music performed by a talented ensemble. Featuring a varied programme of classical favourites, contemporary works, iconic film themes and beloved Proms classics, this special performance is the perfect way to spend an autumn evening in the atmospheric surroundings of our lamplit Stables Courtyard.
The 1 hour 30 minute performance includes a Ploughman’s platter, cream tea, and a shared bottle of red or white wine for two, or a non-alcoholic alternative.

Blue Badge parking is available close to the visitor areas. The route from the car park to the stables is fully accessible and suitable for wheelchairs, mobility scooters and pushchairs.
- Meeting point
Gates to the Courtyard open at 6pm, last entry time is 6.45pm.
- Suitability for children
Suitable for ages 12+ , under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
- What to bring and wear
This event is outdoors so please dress appropriately. The visitor path and main visitor car park becomes dark at night so please bring a touch if required.

Ploughman’s Platter: Selection of freshly made sandwiches, pork pie, gherkin, pickled onions, apple and celery, mature cheddar and stilton cheese, red onion marmalade and plated garnish. Cream Team: Tea or coffee, fruit scones, jam & clotted cream and a selection of small tray bakes. Please be aware that, with the exception of assistance dogs, dogs are not permitted at this event.
