We’re spying on our wildlife this Easter and getting to know the creatures that live in our waters.
Why not pop by the exhibition to learn about what lurks in the riverbeds, make your very own monster to take home or search for river creatures with our monster trail. There's something for everyone this Easter half-term.
*The useful bits...
We're expecting to be busy over the Easter weekend but don't worry, we've put together a few useful tips for you.
You'll find our car park opposite the property, but should you find the spaces are full, you can park on the roadside (maximum waiting time of 3 hours). There’s also 2 disabled parking spaces on the roadside.
We have a lovely little tea-room, full of history and character (the Old School House tea-room), serving hot and cold food, as well as cakes, snacks and drinks. The tea-room serves hot food between 12-3:30pm, but there's an array of sandwiches and pasty's served outside of these times. There's also take-away options if you wish to grab something and go.
You'll find a number of picnic benches if you wish to bring your own lunch, or why not bring a blanket and stretch out on the lawn.
You can pay for your hunt in the visitor center on arrival, £2 per hunt, including a chocolate prize. (A non-confectionery prize will be available.)
And finally....thank you...
By visiting us this half term, you're helping us to keep Aberdulais special for future generations.
