Become an Ashridge Adventurer this summer

Our Ashridge Adventurer sessions are geared towards families with children aged 4-10 and offer a great opportunity to learn more about the plants and animals that live here.

There will be a different activity on offer each week during the summer holidays. These half day sessions will run in the morning and afternoon on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Our knowledgeable staff and volunteers will be leading the sessions and will provide all the equipment and materials you'll need. From pond dipping and minibeast hunting to den building and orienteering, these sessions are a great way to get your whole family learning outdoors.

Each session also includes a nature-themed craft which takes place in the visitor centre classroom following our outdoor activity. Finish off your Ashridge Adventurer session by making the perfect memento to remind you of a fantastic day out at Ashridge.
