Christmas at Brockhampton

The Great Hall decorated with seasonal greenery.

Christmas is a magical time no matter where you spend it; however, we think Brockhampton is a rather unforgettable place at this time of year.

The lead up to Christmas is a lovely time to go on a long family walk followed by a warming hot chocolate. Visit Brockhampton for miles of way-marked walks, see the picturesque manor house decorated simply with greenery and make fond memories with loved ones this special time of year.

Enjoy Brockhampton's Christmas weekends from Saturday 27 November to Sunday 2 January (excluding 25 and 26 December) and weekdays from Monday 20 to Thursday 23 and Monday 27 to Friday 31 December.

Visit our walks page before you visit and see what walk would best suit you and your family; maps are also availaible in the car parks here so you can always take a picture on your smartphone here too. The shorter walks include the orchards which provide a flat space to run around and the woodlands which are very atmospheric on a drizzly day. The longer walks here vary between three and four miles and offer great panoramic views of the estate; these are hillier than the shorter walks and can get very muddy in winter.

Once you’ve explored the outdoors head to the Granary for some light refreshments and a hot drink to warm you up. Fresh coffee, tea, hot chocolate as well as cold drinks, sandwiches and sausage rolls are available to buy from here every weekend.
