Explore the estate

Geese in flight in the parkland at Claydon Buckinghamshire

The wider estate boasts lovely countryside views, lakes and an ancient parish church.

All Saints Church (not National Trust) is an intriguing fourteenth century church located directly beside the house. It is the local parish church and is still in use today.

Take a peek inside to see the Verney family tombs.

Take a stroll through the parkland, enjoy the views of the lakes and watch the livestock munching in the fields. There are three lakes on the estate which are designed to look like a natural river.

As there is normally livestock in the fields we ask that dogs stay on leads.

A quiet space for contemplation where you will find a selection of galleries and shops (not National Trust) to browse.
