Mindfulness Walks

First Thursday of the month, £6 pp including tea or coffee afterwards

In today's busy and hectic world, it's sometimes hard to take time out. We're always connected - on our phones, computers and tablets - and we rarely take the time to stop and fully immerse ourselves in the here and now.

" Michele is a great meditator. She really helps the group to get into a calm frame of mind ahead of the walk. You feel completely refreshed and chilled afterwards!"
- Wendy, Mindfulness walker

Qualified meditation instructor Michele will lead you on a calming and restorative walk around the park and garden. Breathing and body exercises will help you to feel calm, allowing you to savour nature and quiet the mind. It's your excuse to slip into a slower gear and really appreciate all that the outdoors has to offer.
