Things to do for all ages this season

People in the allotment at Dyrham Park

Summer's not just for the kids at Dyrham Park with plenty to do for all ages.

You can join one of our daily tours of the garden to find out more about our plans for the future and links to the past.

If you're interested in the fallow deer who’ve lived in Dyrham Park for hundreds of years, you could go on one of our twice daily parkland tours by volunteer ranger guides.

To take in some culture, we're hosting an outdoor theatre production of Shakespeare’s The Tempest. Bring a blanket and a picnic for the two performances in August and book through the website.

There's still plenty to see in the house with conservation studio tours taking place and brand new tea-tasting sessions when you can try out a 17th- century style cuppa.

If all this leaves you in need of refreshment, we have a large tea-room and brand new sunny tea garden with plenty of umbrellas to give you a bit of welcome shade.
