Caring for wildlife in the Midlands this autumn

Robin sat on a bench

Crisp autumn days signal to our wildlife that they must get ready for the wintery months ahead. The places in our care across the Midlands work hard to care for wildlife and nature at this time of year.

Autumn is the ideal time to enjoy nature both at National Trust places and in and around your own homes. You can get the benefits of being outdoors by going for a walk and keeping an eye out for wildlife as it prepares for winter. There’s also lots you can do in your own garden to attract wildlife and help them survive the coming months.
