Volunteering in the East of England

Garden volunteers working in the Walled Garden at Wimpole Estate, Cambridgeshire

Making new friends, working in amazing places, and knowing that you're helping a great cause - just three great reasons to volunteer with the National Trust in the East of England.

Volunteer in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire

As well as the rolling hills of Dunstable Downs and ancient woodlands at Ashridge Estate, across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire we care for many special outdoor spaces including Whipsnade Tree Cathedral, Pitstone Windmill and Sharpenhoe Clappers. So if you love the outdoors you could find the perfect opportunity here.

Or join the team at Shaw's Corner. Help us share the fascinating stories of its famous owner George Bernard Shaw, look after its wonderful collection or lend a hand in the garden.
