Visiting Great Chalfield: What you need to know

Great Chalfield Manor's garden is open for visits in line with government guidance and with social distancing measures in place. Here's what to expect, how to book and how to cancel your visit.
What your visit will look like
To keep everyone safe, your visit may be slightly different than what you're used to:
- The garden is open for local visits only. The Manor House remains closed until 17 May.
- Please book your tickets to visit in advance. Members can book for free, while non-members will need to pay when booking. You will be turned away if you arrive without a booking.
- You don't need to book a parking space.
- There is a sign-posted, one-way route around the garden. Please follow the signs.
- Toilets, including accessible toilets, are open.
- The safety of our staff, volunteers, visitors and local communities remains our priority. We urge people to follow government guidance and stay local.
To help keep everyone safe, please follow social distancing and government guidance when you visit. Look out for signs while you’re here which will explain any changes to how you can access different parts of the site.
