Feeling peckish?

The Old Oak Cafe is now closed. We'll be reopening our doors on Tuesday 15 February 2022. See you there!

The Old Oak Café is open Tuesday-Saturday serving a menu of hot and cold drinks and light snacks. A booking is not required for entry to the gardens and café.

Seating

Indoor seating can be found inside the Hall, adjacent to the Cafe.

Outside seating can be found on the garden terrace, which overlooks the English walled garden with its Italianate features, is a perfect place to soak up the sunshine and witness the changing of the seasons.

Reusable cups

Every time you present a reusable cup when you order a hot drink at one of our cafés, tea rooms or kiosks*, we'll give you 25p off as a thank you for helping the environment by reducing the number of disposable cups used. This promotion replaces the hot drinks loyalty card scheme, which closed in February 2021. *Discount not guaranteed at food outlets operated by third parties.

Serving you safely

We continue to maintain high standards of cleanliness and till and collection points are screened.

Face coverings are not compulsory but we recommend that you wear one in any area on your visit which is enclosed and crowded.

Hand sanitiser will be available should visitors wish to use it. Thank you for making this a safe experience for everyone.

Payment by card is preferred, but cash is accepted.

If you have dietary requirements you may prefer to come prepared, as with a limited offer we can't guarantee that we'd have what you need. We do have a small range of gluten and dairy-free snacks available, and soya or oat milk for hot drinks.

Thank you for your support

We look forward to welcoming you back and know that you’ll support us to make this a safe experience for everyone. Thank you.
