From the 4 -19 April, come to Greys Court and get the whole family involved with some Easter activities, with a Cadbury Easter Egg trail, spring walking and seasonal treats in the tea-room.

Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt

From Saturday 4 - Sunday 19 April  we will be running a Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt, where you can follow the clues to win a Cadbury chocolate prize. What will you learn about nature?

The hunt will be running from 10am each day and we will be selling the last trails at 3.30pm so you have time to complete the trail and pick up your egg. Trails will cost £3 for each child, and normal admission charges apply. There willl be a chocolate alternative prize in the shop.

Easter in the house at Greys Court

The house will also be celebrating Easter, dressed for a traditional Brunner Easter celebration. Take in the beautiful dining table set for Easter lunch, or head to the kitchen where one of our volunteers may be baking some delicious Easter treats for you to try.  During busy periods, the house will operate with timed tickets, which will be handed out from Visitor Reception at a first come first served basis.

Spring walking

The Easter holidays are a great time to get out and about to discover what’s going on in nature at this time of the year.

A great opportunity for this is the estate walk around Greys Court. With spring flowers to spot along the route, and natural play spots for the kids to discover, it is an ideal family outing to get everyone out of the house. Collect your estate map from Visitor Reception to help you find the walking routes.

Shopping and eating

Have a browse in the shop to find some easter themed stock,  including biscuit cutters, easter decorations and cuddly toys for children.

Find seasonal delights in the tea-room during the Easter holidays. The kitchen garden, within the walled gardens at Greys Court, is providing some fresh produce for use in some of the dishes in the tea-room. There will be tasty cakes and treats available, as well as an updated spring menu for the light lunches and snacks.
