Visiting Greys Court during the Easter weekend

Spring bulbs coming through in the patchwork border at Greys Court

Greys Court in the spring is a wonderful sight, doubly so at Easter. The spring bulbs are blooming, red kites soaring up above, and there’s the Cadbury’s Easter Egg Hunt to keep all the family busy. Easter weekend can be busy at Greys Court, so here’s a few helpful tips to help you plan ahead for a wonderful family day out.

Get ahead of the crowds. If you can, plan to arrive at Greys Court early. Our busiest time is between 12pm and 2pm, so you could beat the rush and get here when we open at 10am, or call by later in the afternoon when we're quieter.

Take your time. There's lots to explore in the estate. As well as the Cadbury’s Easter Egg Hunt, the house is also celebrating Easter, there’ll be blooms in abundance in the walled gardens, and don’t forget the children’s play area.

Be aware of limited parking facilities. We’ve got limited car parking spaces for our visitors at Greys Court. Our overflow car park is also weather dependent, as it is not hard standing. If we get very busy and the car park becomes full, we may have to take the difficult decision to close Greys Court to further visitors until car parking spaces become available. The safety and well-being of our visitors is our top priority.

Keep updated. Keep an eye on our website, Facebook and Twitter for regular updates about the property. We will let you know about car parks and any closures.
