Visiting Greys Court during the Easter weekend

Spring bulbs coming through in the patchwork border at Greys Court

Greys Court in the spring is a wonderful sight, doubly so at Easter. The spring bulbs are all blooming, red kites soaring up above, and there’s the Cadbury’s Easter Egg Hunt to keep the kids all the family busy. However the Easter weekend is also incredibly busy at Greys Court, so here’s a few helpful tips to help you plan ahead for a wonderful family day out.

Get ahead of the crowds. If you can, plan to arrive at Greys Court early. Our busiest time is between 12pm and 2pm, so beat the rush and get here when we open at 10am. In this way you’ll be able to enjoy Greys Court without the stress of queuing.

Take your time. When in the estate, take the time needed to explore everything. As well as the Cadbury’s Easter Egg Hunt, the house is also celebrating Easter, there’ll be blooms in abundance in the walled gardens, and don’t forget the children’s play area.

Be aware of limited parking facilities. As a relatively small property, we’ve got limited spaces for our visitors. Our overflow carpark is also weather dependant, as it is not hard standing. Be aware that when we get very busy, and the car park becomes full, we have to close Greys Court to further visitors until more spaces become available. The safety and well-being of our visitors is our top priority.

Keep updated. Keep an eye on our website, Facebook and Twitter for regular updates about the property. We will let you know if we have to close, or if we have to close the overflow carpark for any reason.
