It’s hard to imagine a position more perfect for a holiday home than Durgan Beach Cottage. The pretty stone building with dormer windows in its slate roof sits right above the beach, only a few metres from the water’s edge. Inside, sounds of the sea echo through its bright and airy rooms.

Enjoy a morning stroll along the beach before wandering a further mile and half to Glendurgan Garden. Discover the large unusual garden, with plenty of activities and trails to explore. You'll have free entry here and to other National Trust places during your stay. Head 13 miles away from the cottage and you’ll reach the Godolphin estate. This grand, sweeping estate is home to acres of parkland and a stunning manor house.
