2 Heathland Cottages is a former isolation hospital. Now a well-equipped, quirky holiday cottage, the interior is clad in pitch pine and boasts a cosy open fire and tall ceilings. There are four bedrooms.
With amazing views from the cottage over the Purbeck Hills, you’ll soon want to be exploring the area on foot. There's a pub just a five minute stroll from 2 Heathland Cottages. The cottage also is at the heart of the Jurassic Coast and within easy reach of the Purbeck coast, including picturesque Lulworth Cove.
Corfe Castle is only 10 minutes by car from the cottage. Open 364 days a year, this fascinating ruin makes for a great day out for all the family. The Victorian seaside resort of Swanage is close by too.

Sitting room with wood burner and additional gallery area, kitchen/dining room with additional gallery area, four bedrooms – a double, twin, triple with three single beds, and a single, one wet-room with accessible features, one shower room, separate WC and utility cupboard housing washing facilities.

WiFi: We’re pleased to provide free WiFi access at this accommodation, which is supported by BT. Please note intermittent connection problems can sometimes occur and therefore should not be relied upon.
Heating: Gas central heating included. The fire will be laid for you on arrival with enough fuel to get you started. Additional logs can be purchased in advance through the contact centre. Logs are available at £9 per bag and this includes kindling.
Parking: There is parking available for two cars.
Garden: There is a large open lawn garden around the cottage with a paved patio area, which is shared with its neighbour, 1 Heathland Cottages.
Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 4pm at this cottage
Utilities/Electricals: The washing machine and tumble dryer is a combined washer/dryer.
