May half term at Hughenden
We're celebrating pollinators of all shapes and sizes at Hughenden this May. There's a family trail to explore the gardens and beekeeping talks to enjoy.
Sat 23 - Sun 31 May 10am-4pm
Take on a special trail around the garden blooms and blossoms to find out all about the wonderful world of pollinators. As well as the well-known bees there are a whole host of insect heroes who do an equally amazing job of pollinating wild flowers and crops. Find out all about them on The Pollinators trail, £2 from the Visitor Kiosk. Suitable for 6-10 years.

You can set off for an exploration of the gardens, build a den in the woodlands or discover the secret playroom in the manor house. Add in a picnic in the orchard and you’re set for a fantastic family day out in the spring sunshine.
And if it rains, no problem. Our café serves delicious hot meals, light snacks and tea-time treats along with children’s lunchboxes so you can drop by for much-needed refreshments on your day out.
